Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

  Drop off your parcel at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
